How do I get from the cruise port to the zipline?
By taxi: drivers at both piers know the course, at 7406 Estate St. Peter.
St. Thomas taxis charge per person on set tariffs, often in open-air safari taxis shared with other passengers. Agree the fare and your pickup time before you set off, and take the driver's number. The VI Taxi Association is on (340) 774-7457.
Is it a ship excursion or an independent booking?
Booking on Viator or direct makes it an independent tour: the ship will not wait for you if you are late.
Cruise lines sometimes sell zipline excursions with transport, usually at a higher price. Independent booking is cheaper, but the timing is your responsibility. Leave a generous buffer and pick an early tour.

Morning tours are cooler and clearer for the Magens Bay views, and they leave the afternoon free for a swim or shopping. They also give you the most slack before all-aboard if anything runs late.
What if my ship is late or the port call is cancelled?
On Viator you lose the booking: it is non-refundable and cannot be changed. Direct, you get 90% back only if you cancel 72 hours or more ahead.
